How it works

Choose your vehicle size, your package, and any add-ons — the price updates live. What you see is what you pay: no site visit, no phone tag, no on-site upsell.
Choose your appointment time
Pick a start time — anything from 24 hours to two weeks ahead. The time you choose is the time your detailer starts, and rescheduling is free with 48 hours’ notice.
We detail at your address
Your White Glove detailer arrives at your booked time and details the vehicle where it’s parked. Payment is due after service. Pay by cash, Interac e-Transfer, or debit/credit card by tap.
Before your appointment
A mobile detail is close to effortless on your side. Four things let our detailer do their best work:
- An outdoor water spigot and a standard electrical outlet within reach of where the vehicle is parked.
- A safe, permitted place to work — your driveway is ideal. For a condo, apartment, office, or shared lot, please confirm with the building or employer that mobile detailing is allowed.
- Your valuables and personal belongings out of the vehicle, and keys or access arranged with us.
- A quick, honest note about the vehicle’s condition — heavy pet hair, set-in stains, or lingering odours each have a flat-priced add-on so nothing changes on the day.
Missing a spigot or an outlet, or unsure what your building allows? Say so when you book. We’ll call you to agree a plan before your appointment — never in your driveway — and if we can’t make it work, we cancel it at no cost. Nothing is charged until the detail is done.
